Roaster's Notes on Burka Tanzanian Espresso
William Says
This coffee shows up beautifully any which way its been brewed. Shade grown coffees like this one are a joy to roast, as the roast progresses so do the aromas, and that's nothing until you smell it after its been ground. Its smooth and fresh and bright. I'm delight to have this bean back in our roastery.
Tasting Notes
Floral, fruity coffee. Light, bright, crisp apple-like acidity with notes of jasmine and green tea.
